Hyderabad, January 26: Chairman of Wakf Board Mr. Khusro Pasha visited the site of Masjid Balapur. Later, he spoke to newsmen and said that the intention of the land grabbers could be observed vividly.
If they wanted to reconstruct the mosque, they could have informed Wakf Board. By looking at the photograph of the mosque one can say that the mosque was in good condition.
He also said that Wakf Board will conduct survey as per the Wakf records of 1952 and 1953. A committee will be constituted to monitor the construction work. If anybody wants to share the construction work, he can contact the chairman of Wakf Board.
Present on this occasion were CEO of Wakf Board Mr. Jaffer, Task Force Inspector Mr. Quddoos, Inspector of Wakf R.R. District Qayyum Khan, Surveyor Shujat Ali and Osman Bin Al Hajiri.
Five times prayer is being offered in the mosque since the demolition.
