Recipe: Watermelon Ice

Ingredients:

  • Pomegranate syrup to taste
  • 200 gm watermelon
  • Sugar
  • 1 tsp dried mint leaves
  • Crushed black rock salt to taste

Procedure:

  • Peel and deseed the watermelon.
  • Add rock salt, kewra and mint and blend completely. Freeze until half frozen.
  • Pour into glasses and top with some pomegranate syrup.
