Ingredients:
- 200 Gram tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Cup onion, chopped
- 1 Kg Mutton Chunks boneless
- 7 tsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Kashmiri Chili powder
- 1 Garam Masala Powder
- 2 Tbsp Coriander powder
- 7 Tbsp Desi ghee
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 8 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp green chilies, chopped
- 20 Gram Coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 8 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 8 tsp Brown onion paste
- ½ Tbsp ginger, chopped
- 3 ½ tsp Salt
Procedure :
- Add mutton chunks in a pot. Put ginger garlic paste, brown onion, oil and salt.
- Add water and boil till the mutton is fully cooked.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped onion, chopped garlic, and chopped ginger and chopped green chilies.
- Sauté till light brown and add cooked mutton.
- Add chopped tomato and all the powder spices.
- Cook and mix well on a light flame till it is coated consistently.
- Serve hot garnished with fresh chopped coriander.
