Sour cream banana bread is healthy and the best recipe for a sumptuous breakfast.
Ingredients :
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Procedure :
Grease loaf pans. Cream margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients, then bananas, nuts and sour cream. Mix well.
Bake at 350 deg. for 1 hour. Small loaves should be backed for 45 minutes.
