- 1/2 liter milk
- 1 cup oats
- 2 cardamoms
- Sugar (optional)
- 6-7 raisins
- 1 banana
- 4-5 dates
- 6-7 almonds
- Roast oats for 4 to 5 minutes.
- In a pan add milk, sugar, cardamom, dates, almonds and raisins. Boil for about 5 minutes.
- Add oats and let it boil until it becomes thick.
- Once the kheer is done add fruits if you like and serve hot or cool.
