Ingredients:
- 500 Gram Paneer
- 1 Cup Cashew Nut
- 1/2 Cup Khoya
- 2 Tbsp Desi Ghee
- To taste Salt
- 2-3 Nos Green Cardamom
- 1/4 Cup Curd
- 2-3 Nos Green Coriander
- 2-3 Nos Green Chilli, chopped
- 1/2 Nos Ginger, chopped
Procedure :
- Wash, boil and grind cashew nut.
- In a pot heat desi ghee, add chopped green chillies and green cardamom, allow it to crackle.
- Add cashew nut paste, beaten curd, salt and cook for 10 min.
- Once done add grated khoya and paneer cubes, stir for a while, adjust seasoning.
- Garnish with coriander leaf.
- Serve hot.
