Ingredients:
- 60 Tempura batter
- 110 Squid rings
- 20 Thai chilli sauce
- 5 Garlic confit
- 1 Parsley sprig
- 20 Refined flour
- 1 Lemon (half)
Procedure:
- Dust the squid rings with refined flour.
- Dip in the tempura batter and deep fry it till golden in colour.
- Served with lemon half, garlic confit, Thai chilli sauce and parsley sprig.
