Recipe: Crispy Calamari Rings

Ingredients:

  • 60 Tempura batter
  • 110 Squid rings
  • 20 Thai chilli sauce
  • 5 Garlic confit
  • 1 Parsley sprig
  • 20 Refined flour
  • 1 Lemon (half)

Procedure:

  • Dust the squid rings with refined flour.
  • Dip in the tempura batter and deep fry it till golden in colour.
  • Served with lemon half, garlic confit, Thai chilli sauce and parsley sprig.
