Recipe: Banana Pudding


  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Cup Coconut milk
  • 3 bananas
  • Vanilla essence
  • Pistachio
  • 1/2 table spoon honey
  • Almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon plus a pinch salt


  • Whip the vanilla essence were coconut milk with.
  • Then, on medium heat, stir in the coffee in the coconut mixture, and transfer into a see-through serving bowl.Cool in the fridge, preferably overnight. Just before you prepare, one minute for roundels and fry in the banana slices on either side, or the golden.Chop the almonds in the meantime. Pour the honey over the coconut and then layer the bananas on top.
  • Finally, sprinkle with the nuts and serve.PSYou can substitute maple syrup for honey, if you prefer, or you could leave them out completely, if you find their own sweet enough.
