(Siasat News) The prices of lands in Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy districts which were declining since 2009 have started rising after the declaration of separate Telangana state. Investors had started moving to Chennai and Bangalore are starting their ventures once again in Hyderabad. With the declaration of Hyderabad as common capital for both the states for (10) years, the real estate business is improving. It is said that real estate business will improve @ 8.9%.
