Educational Qualification and Experience:
For Legal Consultant (Grade ‘F’) –>
| (1) Law Graduate (B.L. / LLB) recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/ years. |
| (2) Post Graduate or Ph.D Post Doctoral Degree from a govt. recognized University. |
| (3) Essential Experience – At least 15 years experience as an Advocate or as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a large bank / financial institution / statutory corporation or in the Legal Department of Central/ State Government or as a partner in a Law firm providing legal advice. |
| (4) Desirable – Experience in Taxation laws, International laws, laws relating to Banking, Payment Systems, Forex and Cyber / IT Laws. |
For Legal Consultant (Grade ‘C’ / ‘D’) –>
| (1) Law Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/ years. The degree recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate |
| (2) Post Graduate or Ph.D Post Doctoral Degree from a govt. recognized University. |
| (3) Essential Experience – At least 07 years experience as an Advocate or as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a large bank / financial institution / statutory corporation or in the Legal Department of Central/ State Government or as a partner in a Law firm providing legal advice. |
| (4) Desirable – Experience in Taxation laws, International laws, laws relating to Banking, Payment Systems, Forex and Cyber / IT Laws. |
