Rayapati says another No-Trust move will be tabled

Congress MP Rayapati Sambashiva Rao here on Monday disclosed that they would serve a no-confidence motion against the UPA government on February 5 in protest against the Centre’s decision to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking to the media here, Sambashiva Rao said the Seemandhra leaders, along with Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, would meet President Pranab Mukharjee and urge him not to clear Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Bill. Citing the change in its stand on bifurcation of the State, he hoped that the draft Telangana Bill would not come to Parliament.
The Congress MP said they would eagerly wait to see whether the Union Home Minister would send the Bill, which was rejected by the Assembly, for legal advice or not.
Rayapati said he would support candidature of Kanna Laxminarayana if the latter contested in the coming Lok Sabha elections from Guntur constituency. He assured that he would withdraw from elections fray and support Kanna Laxminarayana. (NSS)
