TDP Narasaraopet parliamentary constituency candidate Rayapati Sambashiva Rao escaped unhurt when his car was stoned allegedly by the YSRCP activists.
According to the information, Rayapati’s car was attacked when he arrived at Basikapuram to exercise his franchise. In the attack, window panes of his car were damaged and Rayapati was safely escorted from the scene by his gunmen.
Former MLA Ramakrishna Reddy created nuisance in front of the residence of Macherla TDP leader and former MLA Laxma Reddy. The former alleged that Laxma Reddy was distributing money and lodged a complaint with police. Laxma Reddy also lodged a police complaint stating that he was getting threatening calls from Ramakrishna Reddy. (NSS)
