A man from Aligarh today tried to immolate himself at Vijay Chowk here after he failed to get justice for his minor daughter, who was allegedly raped by an influential person of his locality four months ago, police said.
Frustrated over alleged police inaction on his complaint, Mukesh poured kerosene over himself and set himself ablaze.
