Minister for Forests Jogu Ramanna today charged Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu with hatching conspiracies against Telangana State.
Addressing the media at Secretariat here, Ramanna alleged that Telangana leaders in the TD are living like slaves under Chandrababu Naidu. He also alleged that Naidu’s attempts to malign the TRS leadership have boomeranged with Telangana TD leader Revanth Reddy was caught red-handed while offering Rs 50 lakhs to Anglo-Indian MLA Elvis Stephenson.
It was proved in the media channels about Revanth Reddy offering plum post and money at the behest of Naidu, he said. The discussion footage telecast in most of the channels revealed that Naidu was behind the conspiracy to bribe the MLA for casting vote in favour of the TD for MLC elections, he said. TD leaders like Errabelli Dayakar Rao and Revanth Reddy kept mum when Naidu deliberately denied power to Telangana State, he pointed out. Ramanna also slammed TD leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao saying the latter has no right to criticize the family of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. “They must quit the TD instead of becoming henchmen to Chandrababu Naidu”, he suggested.
