Telangana TDP president L Ramana today asserted that the TDP has every right to ask people of Telangana to vote for the party and it has capacity to rule the State.
Addressing the Telangana State TDP Mahanadu at the Exhibition grounds today, Ramana said some party MLAs had left the party for their selfish designs. But the TDP will come to power in coming elections in Telangana, he exuded confidence. Taking a dig at Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, Ramana said KCR does not go to the secretariat. He alleged that only people of a particular sector got benefits in the TRS regime. If TDP came to power, the Pragati Bhavan would be made a people’s hospital, he said.
Ramana also announced that the TDP was ready to contest panchayat elections in the State. A large number of party workers and leaders, including Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy, Peddi Reddy and others attended the Mahanadu. (NSS)
