Rajouri (Jammu), Aug. 16 : A day after six civilians were killed by Pakistan shelling in Balakot, Pakistan opened unprovoked firing again in Rajouri sector, where three civilians have been injured.
The injured civilians have been admitted to the Rajouri Hospital.
The Pakistan Amy has been targeting Army posts and depth areas which mostly consists of civilians.
Pakistan’s High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit, who was summoned by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) over the recent ceasefire violations, today blamed India for the cross border firings and said that the Pakistan Government is concerned about it.
“We are concerned about the ceasefire violations. In the month of July and August, there have been close to around 70 ceasefire violations from this side of the working boundary. We are obviously very concerned about it,” Basit told the media. (ANI)
