The Rajasthan government has decided to lift the ban on the transfer of state government employees between May 15 and June 15, also increasing the compensation paid to officers and employees under probation by 10 percent.
According to reports, around 40,000 officers under probationer will benefit by this decision. However, revenue department officers will not be affected.
A state cabinet meeting of the Vasundhara Raje-led government also decided to hold a ‘Nyay Aapke Dwar’ (Justice at your Doorstep) campaign between May 18 and July 15, wherein Revenue Lok Adalats will dispose of cases through mutual consent of the contesting parties. (ANI)
