JAIPUR: Counting of votes is underway for the Rajasthan and Congress is leading in all three seats from Rajasthan.
According to trends, Congress leading in Ajmer with 108161 votes and Alwar with 172535 votes parliamentary seats and also leading in Mandalgarh Assembly seats with 35166 votes.
Celebrations at the Congress headquarters in Jaipur have already begun with party workers are seen raising ‘Zindabad’ slogans.
The polling in all the constituencies took place on Monday amid tight security.
The election were held for Ajmer and Alwar Lok Sabha seats and Mandalgarh Assembly constituency in Rajasthan.
A total of 42 candidates were in the fray in the three seats.
All the three seats fell vacant after the death of Ajmer MP Sanwar Lal Jat, Alwar MP Chand Nath and Mandalgarh MLA Kirti Kumari, who all were from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
