Rajaiah warns erring Govt doctors

Deputy Chief Minister handling Medical and Health Dr T Rajaiah today warned the doctors working in Government Hospitals of dire consequences if they neglect their legitimate duties.
Speaking to mediapersons after visiting the government hospital at Gajwel in Medak district, the Deputy CM said the government would act swiftly and take stringent measures against the erring doctors. He also announced that the Gajwel government hospital will be upgraded to 100-bed hospital. He also said all the 10-bedded hospitals will be upgraded into 50-bed hospitals in the constituency. Maintaining that the government would make changes to medical education, Rajaiah said vacant posts in the department would be filled soon. (NSS)
