Lucknow: In an effort to promote Urdu, Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik today said Raj Bhawan staff will learn the language from August 1 and a class will be organised for them.
“Our effort will be that the Raj Bhawan staff should learn Urdu,” Governor Ram Naik said.
He said for those willing to learn Urdu, half an hour long classes would be organised.
“Our effort will be that the classes start from August 1,” Naik said.
The Governor hosted Roza Iftaar party at Raj Bhawan, which was attended by ulamas and prominent personalities.
