Hyderabad: Assuring the people of providing with Rail Facility in a couple of years, TRS supremo and Caretaker Chief Minister, K Chandrashekhar Rao today asserted that on regaining power in the December 7 elections, the TRS government will pay Rs 10,000 per acre towards crop investment to farmers and complete all the irrigation projects.
Addressing mammoth public meeting at Siddipet along with former MLAs T Harish Rao and S Ramalinga Reddy, KCR said the people will give them one lakh-vote majority each. KCR promised to regularize jobs of some 5,000 to 6,000 IKP workers in the district and women will be given all support through women groups for better prices.
“Being the son of the soil, I will develop the segment as the MLAs are vying for rapid progress with medical college, godowns and other required facilities and Siddipet will became a district and bring one crore acres under irrigation in one year. He also said farm produce will get MSP by providing transportation and marketing facilities that will give MSP to the farming community besides setting up food processing units and giving power to women groups. The people will get only good quality goods and there will be no chance for poor quality or fake food items through ration shops”, he said and claimed that Telangana which set a record at national level with better growth in all sectors and has received a pat from United Nations Organization (UNO) on Rythu Bandhu scheme and sought details.
“We have achieved significant growth by stopping corrupt practices and scams and took initiatives and measures to enhance the wealth and distribute it to the poor, farmers and the needy”. He said the TRS government has kept its promise of giving safe waters to every household in the rural pockets and will take steps to see that the farmers in Telangana become rich by having at least Rs 5 lakh to Rs 10 lakh in their respective bank accounts.
