Lucknow: Saffron party and it’s leaders strategy to target someone or the other, to be the center of attention never fails to amaze us, with the recent one being BJP MP from UP’s Unnao Sakshi Maharaj, who chose to target Congress president Rahul Gandhi for his food habits.

Non-vegetarian food has made these people impure and that the devotees of Lord Shiva and Lord Ram needed “purity” in their hearts, Indian Express reported.

Rahul who is being portrayed as a devotee of Lord Shiva is criticized for putting up an act, as the opposition party leaders claims for visiting temples across India.

“Shiv bhakt banne ke liye, Ram bhakt banne ke liye shudhata ki avashyakta hai… Aap ja rahe hain Mansarovar, kha rahe hain non-veg… (To be a Shiv bhakt or Ram bhakt, one needs purity. You are going to Mansarovar and then eating non-veg),” Sakshi told reporters in Unnao.
