Rahul Gandhi hugs PM in Parliament during no-confidence motion

Today the Lok Sabha has witnessed its first no-confidence motion against the NDA government which is led by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, The no-confidence motion was moved by former BJP ally, the Telegu Desam Party (TDP) on Wednesday.

In an Unprecedented event which unfolded in the Lok Sabha today as Rahul Gandhi’s was speaking during the no-confidence motion debate in parliament. After a series of attack on PM Narendra Modi and his government, Rahul Gandhi walked up to PM Modi and gave him a hug.

In his speech during the no-confidence motion against the Modi government in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi said “we are all victims of BJP’s jumla politics. People are being lynched, women are being assaulted and PM Narendra Modi is silent on these issues. The government has completely failed to provide security to women. And it is for the first time in the history of the country that India has failed to protect women. Across the world, India is gaining a bad reputation he added.

He further stated “I thank the Prime Minister for showing me the importance of Congress, the true meaning of Lod Shiva. I know I am a pappu for you, but I don’t have any anger against you” and he hugged the Prime Minister.
