New Delhi: The much hue and cry raised about Congress colluding with neighbouring country Pakistan by the ruling party BJP were nothing but allegations against Congress.
Congress’s newly crowned party chief Rahul Gandhi on Friday accepting his defeat at the elections congratulated the ruling party BJP and thanked the Public for its support in both the states.
Targeting BJP’s allegations that were made against him and Congress party, Rahul praised his party members for contesting in the polls with dignity.
Taking to Twitter, he said, “The Congress party accepts the verdict of the people and congratulates the new governments in both states. I thank the people of Gujarat and Himachal with all my heart for the love they showed me.”
