New Delhi: Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Saturday attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the Rafale fighter jet deal, falling rupee and hike in fuel prices.
“See what wonders the Saheb (Modi’s) has done/ look at the Rafale murk/ the falling rupee, the rising oil,” Gandhi tweeted in Hindi verse.
“In Mumbai petrol at Rs 90.75, diesel at Rs 79.23 per litre. In Delhi, petrol at Rs 83.4, diesel at Rs 74.63 per litre,” he added.
The Congress chief has been repeatedly attacking Modi over the recent past on the Rafale deal, alleging scam in the purchase of 36 fighter jets from the French manufacturer Dassault Aviation.
Earlier, he has also slammed the BJP-led Central government over the falling rupee and the hike in fuel prices across the county.
