Hyderabad: A meeting of United Muslim Forum was held on 19th February under the Chairmanship of Maulana Syed Ali Akbar Nizamuddin at Dargah Shah Khamoosh. A condolence resolution was passed on the sad demise of Mr. Mohammed Abdur Raheem Quraishi, former President of the Forum and Mr. Ismathullah, former Secretary of the Forum. In this meeting, Mr. Mohammed Raheemuddin Ansari was elected President of United Muslim Forum unanimously. Mr. Muneeruddin Mushtaq was elected General Secretary of the Forum. The meeting started with the recitation of Quran by Mufti Meerajuddin Abrar. It ended with the prayer of Maulana Meer Qutubuddin Chishti.
