Ragra Chana Chat

Ingredients
Chickpeas 250 gm (soaked overnight with 1 tsp soda)
Onion 1 (chopped)
Oil ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Coriander 1 tsp (crushed)
Chili powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes 2
Green chilies 4
Coriander leaves half bunch
Tamarind pulp ½ cup (thick)
Chat masala 1 tsp
For garnish:
Coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
Green chilies 2
Tomato 1 (chopped in cubes)
Onion rings as required
Papri for serving

Cooking Directions
Boil chana with onion, oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, coriander and chili powder, boil till tenderize.
Blend together tomatoes, green chilies and coriander leaves.
Add to the tender chana mixture with tamarind pulp and chat masala, cook for 10 minutes.
Remove in a serving bowl.
Garnish with coriander, green chilies, tomatoes and onion rings, serve with papri.
