Raghuveera leaves for Delhi to finalise list

Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee chief N Raghuveera Reddy today left for national capital. Summoned by AICC in connection with finalization of the list of candidates for MLA and MP seats, Raghuveera will stay in Delhi for a couple of days. Campaign committee chief and Union Minister K Chiranjeevi and former PCC Chief Botcha Satyanarayana are also expected to join him at Delhi during a meeting with AICC leadership.
The AICC will take a decision on selection of winning horses based on a report being submitted by Screening Committee comprising Raghuveera, Botcha and Chiranjeevi. The committee prepared a list of the candidates based on the reports submitted by DCCs of 13 districts in the residuary Andhra Pradesh.
According to informed sources, the three leaders are likely to hold discussions with the AICC screening committee. It is likely that the committee will take a cue from party high command with regard to finalising the winnable candidates, though the three leaders will give their view points on finalizing the list.
