84 gram Panchayats in Rangareddy district are getting affected from the GO 111. 84 gram Panchayat have been included in green zone where permission is not granted for construction of buildings over G+2 which cut down the revenue of gram Panchayat. Shamsabad Sarpanch Rachamalla Siddeshwar said that government included Shamsabad into Green Zone in 1996 consequently permission is not granted for construction of houses nor layouts are approved; as a result Shamsabad mandal especially town is badly affected. Due to revenue deficit, developmental works are hindered. Many works lie unfinished due to lack of funds.
