Today Bhongir Zone Police organized a “Awareness Programme “at Bhongir town about the viral of movement of Cheddi Gangs, Criminal gangs pertaining to different states in Whats app & facebook. About 500 public representatives including Sarpanches, MPTC, MPP, ZPTC and Municipal councilors attended. Chief guest of Programme , Mahesh M. Bhagwat, Comissioner of Police Rachakonda commissionarate, Anitha Ramchandran, Dsit collector yadadri, Bhongir dist, Joint collector Ravi Naik, Alimineti Krishna Reddy MLC, K. Ramchandra Reddy DCP, highlighted the crimes happened due to Criminal gangs movements in Watts app & face book in their speeches . Bhongir Division Police “ Kala jatha Brundam “ played a small skit apart from singing relevant songs, which were very impressive .
Commissioner of Police Rachakonda appealed public representatives to give a insight to their respective village people not to indulge in illegal activities and not to take law into their hands and inform all happenings in their villages to police without delay. Anitha Ramchandran emphasised about the need of the Installation of CCTVs in Rural villages and precautionary measures to be taken in view of forth coming Gramapanchayath elections.
Some of the Sarpanchas expressed their views about the prompting of crimes information with police and also appreciated Bhongir division Police for their timely action and detection of sensational cases ( Murder for Gain, Murder and Kidnapping case), that occured in the recent past in Bhongir rural and Bibinagar PS Limits.
