At the instance from Zahid Ali Khan, Editor Siasat and President Wakf Protection and Minorities Welfare Society, Mr. Osman Bin Mohammed Al-Hajiri, General Secretary Mr. Syed Kareemuddin Shakeel, Advocate, Joint Secretary and Mr. Mohammed Abdul Basith former corporator visited Masjid Kareem Bowli situated at Bolkampally village of Ibrahimpatnam Mandal. They lodged a protest petition to A.P. Wakf Board that the Qutub Shahi Masjid in that village is uninhabited and it is used as toddy compound.
When the members of the delegation reached the spot for making enquiries, the persons present there got panicky. They are using it for keeping toddy in it. The member of the mosque was used for keeping the instruments of extracting toddy from the trees.
So far nobody from Wakf Board visited this mosque. The Chairman of Wakf Board was contacted immediately demanding to remove illegitimate possession.
