Job Responsibility:
– Focus on Process improvement and cost reduction for clients to deliver tangible benefits
– Lead and Implement business process management system for clients
– Lead Quality Projects for the business, individually complete 2-3 high impact projects per year as per corporate guidelines.
– Identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein and provide strategic direction & thought leadership
– Conducting and reviewing FMEA/VSM periodically
– Base lining Study and Benchmarking/Standardization
– Capacity Utilization / Productivity reporting and analysis
– Improving LSS DNA : Coaching and Mentoring Project Owners in DMAIC/Re-Engineering/ Lean, Co-facilitate LSS trainings, if required
– Best practice sharing & implementation
– Build and drive CI and Transformation roadmaps, aligned to customer priorities
– Drive Customer governance on CI, leading to high NPS
– Drive Productivity Initiatives
– Individually complete 2-3 high impact projects per year per corporate guidelines.
– Build LSS DNA culture – Drive and Track Quality DNA – training, testing & certification
– Coaching and Mentoring Process Owners and Team Members in Lean and Six Sigma

Exposure to digital technologies and involvement in transformation drives in their current organization is a definite plus.
Skill Required: (External Requirement)
– 3 to 5 years of prior experience in Quality/six sigma: Knowledge of Statistical tools/Knowledge of various Quality Systems/ Knowledge of Minitab
– Ability to learn very quickly and identify improvement opportunities globally
– Excellent Excel and reporting skills
– Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
– Very strong analytical skills and result orientation
Skill Required: (Internal Requirement)
– Six Sigma Green Belt & Lean certified – Experience in quality role preferred but not a requirement
– Ability to learn very quickly and identify improvement opportunities
