1. Understand and follow all the standard procedures in QA team
2. Understand technology and domain areas for the tasks assigned
3. Understand requirements and come up with comprehensive test case list
4. Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression and system testing, defect logging etc.
5. Communicate with team members (Ex: QA, Dev, BA etc)
6. Familiarize with all testing tools employed
7. Share new insights, if any, with team members
8. Contribute to automation and performance testing, as the case may be
Qualification: BE/ BTECH with 65 % throughout the academic career.
