Hyderabad, December 4: Convener MBT Dr. Qayam Khan said ‘Majlis president Asad Owaisi who is also a barrister has never fought any case till now but now he should present Babri Masjid case in Supreme Court and defend Muslims’ stand and prove that Babri Masjid had not been constructed by demolishing any temple and the High court’s verdict is against constitution and law.’
Addressing a seminar at Urdu Ghar he said ‘Muslim youth have been booked under TADA and POTA and put in jail trapping them with the charges of terrorism. Even then Asad Owaisi kept quiet. But we didn’t ask him to defend in the court as lawyer of Muslim youth. But this time due to Babri Masjid case Sharia’s honour is at stake now atleast he should utilize his expert abilities and defend the case in Supreme Court.
