(Siasat News) The real purpose of education is to remove poverty, eradicate illiteracy and end injustice from society. It has become almost impossible to achieve all these goals through the present education system. Despite acquiring education, there seems to be no change in society. Scholars should pay attention to this issue.
These thoughts were expressed by Dr. J. Satyanarayana, President Lok Satta Party and MLA when a delegation of Student Islamic Organization (S.I.O) met him. The delegation consisted of Mr. Iqbal Hussain, Zonal Secretary and Mr. Syed Younus, Public Relations Secretary. MR. Iqbal Hussain apprised him of the details of the functioning of Govt. schools in A.P. He told that almost all the Govt. School are in a miserable conditions. They don’t have basic or minimum infrastructure.
