Hyderabad: Former RAW Chief, Mr. A S Dowlat told that Pulwama terror attack was a gift for BJP before elections. He also said that the surgical attack on Pakistan was a right step.
Talking to newsmen, Mr. Dowlat told that National spirit is a good thing. If it is viewed with narrow-mindedness, it is bad.
He was referring to the statement of former President of France who had said that we should avoid narrow-mindedness which results in war.
He appreciated the statement of PM of New Zealand who said: “we are the people”. This became popular.
He stressed the need to start talks with Pakistan and Kashmiris.
