One Praja Telangana Front, which came into being on Sunday, appealed to the people to extend support to the Telugu Desam Party, which declared that chief minister’s post would be given to a Backward Class leader.
Speaking to mediapersons here, president of the new outfit Gade Innaiah said the BCs would support those parties which allocated highest number of Assembly and Lok Sabha seats for the BCs. He said the new party would make Herculean efforts for reconstruction of the Telangana region.
Gade Innaiah was elected as convener of the PTF, Srishail Reddy as co-convener, D Venkatesh as general secretary. Alleging that TRS president K. Chandrasekhara Rao was amassing several crores of rupees in the name of Telangana State, Innaiah said he would try his best for defeat of KCR, KTR, Kavita and Harish Rao in the ensuing elections.
