(Siasat News): The Mutawalli of Qabrastan Hazrat Surguroh Mohiuddin, Elchiguda is found violating the rules and regulations of the Wakf Board as he is alleged to have allowed the fixing of hoardings at mosque and the graveyard.
So the people of the locality took this matter to Mr. Aziz Pasha and Mr. Osman Bin Mohd. Al-Hajri, president, Deccan Wakf Protection Society and informed them about the details of violations.
They also requested them to take necessary action against the violators. Over this, Mr. Aziz Pasha demanded from the chairman to take immediate action. Later, at 11.30 am, the activists of CPI Insaaf and Deccan Wakf Protection, reached the Haj House and organized at a sit-in dharna.
Later, under the leadership of Osman Al-Hajri, a delegation comprised of M/s Mohd. Moin (CPI), Mohd. Ahmed. Mohd. Abdul Mujeeb, Mohd. Azam and others asked the Chairman Wakf BoardMr.
Khusro Bayabani to look into the matter and take action against the encroachers of Dargah Hazrat Suguroh Mohiuddin as an inquiry is the need of the hour in this matter.
They also requested him to file a petition to obtain a stay from the court against the illegal hoardings. Mr. Bayabani assured that he would very soon file a petition against the violators and the Mutawalli as well.
