Hyderabad, January 15: Congress MP (Rajya Sabha) Mr. M A Khan called on Ghulam Nabi Azad and opposed limiting the cabinet extension to Praja Rajyam MLA only. He appealed for the inclusion of Congress leaders especially one more Muslim leader. He further appealed to give representation to Muslims on party’s administrative level besides giving representation in corporation and board.
Mr. M A Khan met union health minister and incharge Andhra Pradesh Congress affairs Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad in Delhi.
He apprised him of the current situation of the state. He reiterated that there is only one Muslim minister in the cabinet hence inclusion of another Muslim minister is needed. He asked Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad if Congress party admit that it has full support of Muslims then injustice should not be done in distribution of posts.
