In Islam marrying own sister-in-law is declared as illegal. On refusing to marry own sister-in-law, the relatives of the girl sprinkled acid on the face of son-in-law Mr. Shaik Moiz. According to the details, Mr. Shaik Hussain’s son-in-law, Mr. Mohammed Kaleem wanted to marry his own sister-in-law. Mr. Shaik Hussain pointed out that such a relationship is illegal in Islam. He refused to give his daughter in marriage to this son-in-law.
Hatching a conspiracy, Mohammed Kaleem threw acid on the bride groom, Mr. Moiz. It is reported that the health condition of Moiz is very critical. He was shifted from Nizamabad to Hyderabad.
The wedding of Shaik Moiz, resident of Shantinagar, in Nizamabad was fixed with the daughter of Shaik Hussain.
The marriage was to take place yesterday (i.e. 12th April) Shaik Hussain’s son-in-law, Mohammed Kaleem was hatching a conspiracy to stop this marriage and to kill the bride groom Mr. Shaik Moiz. He had also fixed an electric wire on his gate but he was saved from this accident.
Mr. Shaik Moiz and his brother Shaik Waseem went to railway station area for buying flowers. Kaleem followed them and sprinkled acid on the face of Shaik Moiz. His brother Shaik Waseem also got injured. Both of them were rushed to Govt. hospital.
On receiving information Mr. Yadaiah, Police Inspector Mr. Mohammed Basheer Sub-Inspector elicited the details and registered a case against Mohammed Kaleem who is absconding. Police is investigating the case.
