The Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao has made it clear that they will complete the projects in time to do the State as a green one. The Minister participated in the Haritha Haram program in Dulmita village in Maddur mandal in Medak district. Later, speaking to the media, the Minister said that every person has the responsibility of protecting the sapling planted. He alleged that the opposition parties were hatching conspiracy to obstruct the construction of the Mallanna Sagar project. They were telling true lies to the people in regard to Mallanna Sagar project, he claimed. The Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao allotted Rs.25,000 crore to the irrigation project by giving top priority. (NSS)
