Job Description:
Provide Technical and Project Management leadership
Manage single large project or multiple small to medium projects
Excellent time management and ability to work on multiple tasks
Ensure SOW deliverables are delivered as per the expected Quality, Schedule and Budget
Ensure Customer Satisfaction at all given opportunities and at the same time be able to negotiate challenging schedules and timelines
Be able to manage and communicate requirements change
Identify project risks, dependencies, assumptions and be able to communicate the same to senior management. Should be able to define and implement mitigation plans
Track project milestone and deliverables
Implement and follow organization processes and procedures
Assist Business Development team and Project Management office in responding to RFPs
Identify problems and actionable tasks that enable quick resolution
Implement Corrective and Preventive action items as and where necessary on the project
Identify improvement opportunities and track them to closure
Effectively recognizes and rewards desirable performances
Foster innovation and risk taking abilities
Initiates and supports organizational development activities
Support team in career growth with respect to organizational objectives
Assist in developing best practices in area of expertise
Be proactive and respond to customer and internal project needs on priority
Resource management, conflict resolution and mentoring team members, responsible for resource appraisal.
