Prohibitory orders have been promulgated in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad to maintain public order, peace and tranquility for seven days from Monday.
The order prohibits holding of any kind of public meetings and processions within the Hyderabad City without obtaining prior police permission, City Police Commissioner Anurag Sharma stated in a notification here on Saturday. The order will be in force from 6 am on May 26 till 6 am on June 1. (NSS)
