A programme under Innovative Action was organized on “Innovations in Public Systems” yesterday at Administrative Staff College of India, Bela Vista, Somajiguda. Ms. G.Vijayalakshmi, Commissioner of Rural Development, A.P. addressed on the use of I.C.T. Mr. M.Shiva Shanker, Secretary, General Education Dept., Kerala, Mr. Pratap Tharapani, Director of South Asian Network Center spoke on the Innovative Methods of I.T. used in school education. Mr. D.Chakrapani, Director Center for Innovation in Public Systems presented his preliminary remarks earlier. Dr. K.S.Rao, Director General of Administrative Staff College of India welcomed the guests & audience.
