Devise client acquisition & product strategy to leverage existing infra relationships and acquire new clients to grow FX & Derivatives business and meet business targets.
Cross sell FMG products to clients
Partner with Corporate, Commercial & FIG Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to expand client penetration by offering them hedging solutions – FX, Derivatives and other FM products
Understand & analyze client exposures and also suggest various hedging structures across asset classes to hedge client exposure in a cost effective manner.
Manage client MTM proactively and effectively.
Identify digitization opportunities for clients and deliver the solution that meets client requirement
Be part of the team responsible to set up the FM sales business from scratch – both FX & Derivatives products
Work closely with technology team in development and launch of FX/Derivatives products by providing business inputs to technology team, also participate in UAT.
