Sangrur (Punjab), April 14: A proclaimed offender of Khalistan Commando Force (KCF), wanted in connection with the murder of a journalist a decade ago, today surrendered before the police, police sources said.
Jagdip Singh was wanted for gunning down of veteran journalist of a Jalandhar-based vernacular daily Nanak Chand Nagpal on August 27, 1990, at Sunam.
He was then booked under TADA, IPC and the Arms Act. A Sunam court sent him to police remand for one day.
