Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy informed the State Legislative Assembly that the process has already been initiated to recover Rs 250 crore pertaining to Telangana Building Construction and Other Workers Welfare Board which were illegally transferred to AP Labour Department.
Replying to a question posed by MLA Srinivas Goud and others during Question Hour on Thursday, the Home Minister said that immediate action was initiated for recovery of illegally transferred funds. A police complaint has been registered under Section IPC 420, 408, 406 and 380, he said. (INN)
