Mr. Mohammed Ali Shabbir, MLC told that the officials announcement for the formation of Telangana state is likely to be made on 19 September 2013. He hoped that the new Govt. would be formed in February next year.
The decision of CWC is final and it cannot be changed. Congress leaders have taken a decision after consulting opposition parties. Mr. Susheel Kumar Shinde has confirmed that Ministry of Home Affairs has prepared the cabinet note and hence the process of formation of Telangana will not be stop. According to information he received a strategy was prepared for the bifurcation of state in 250 days but now it has been reduced to 112 days. Mr. Shabbir confirmed Telangana would be formed consisting of 10 districts with Hyderabad as its capital. All the rumours regarding Hyderabad are false.
Replying to the announcement to defeat Telangana resolution in Assembly he said that only opinion would be felicitate from the Assembly and the Central Govt. would exercise its powers to form separate Telangana state. He also told that if APNGOs organized many such meetings, it will not have any effect. He also hoped that TDP & YSRCP would be wiped out from the state in the next elections.
