Priyanka gives tips on fitness

Mumbai, July 10: Priyanka Chopra is often referred to as the actress with one of the best figures in the industry.

When we asked her, she said she does like the idea of being fit. However, she warned: “Being fit should never add up to being too thin.” “Many youngsters are trying to have figures like us (Bollywood stars). They need proper guidance without which they can harm themselves,” she says.

Piggy Chops says she is against the idea of giving up on food to get slim.

“I love to eat,” she says, adding she can hardly abstain herself from good food. “ I eat everything possible,” she adds, with a big smile.

“I work out regularly and emphasise on cardio. I am not much into weights. And of course I am into yoga as well,” says Priyanka.Well, we hope her fans are taking note.
