New Delhi, January 23: Bollywood beauty Priyanka Chopra today received her career’s first National Film Award.
The Actress bagged the national award for Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion.
An elated Priyanka said. “The God is so kind of me.”
Marathi actor Upendra Limaye claimed the Best Actor award for film Jogua while the Bengali film Antaheen, starring Rahul Bose, was adjudged Best film at the 56th National award.
Abhay Deol starrer “Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!” was the Best Popular film. The Dibakar Banerjee’s film is based on satire on people’s obsession with wealth.
The 56th national awards were announced on Saturday.
